Type of Operation:
Harbour ASD tug operations
Support for terminal activities
Mooring/unmooring of export tankers to offshore LNG terminal
SBM (Single Buoy Mooring) operations
Vessel Machinery:
2 x MTU 16V 4000 M65L main engines, total power 5,120 kW, 4-stroke
2 x Schottel ASD propulsion units
Requirements / Experience:
Minimum 24 months experience as Chief Engineer on ASD/Harbour tugs
OR minimum 12 months recent experience on ASD tugs
Hands-on knowledge of MTU 16V 4000 M65L engines and Schottel ASD propulsion systems
Strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-power tug machinery
Contract Duration / Rotation:
Back-to-back rotation: 2 months on / 2 months off
