Management: German
Salary: Competitive + Bonuses
Seniority bonus:
• 2 yrs – +100 USD • 3 yrs – +300 USD • 4+ yrs – +500 USD
Performance bonus: up to 750 USD/month
Main duties:
Technical management, maintenance, budgeting, supplies, and safety compliance. Regular reporting and coordination with TSI.
Requirements:
Valid C/E license (STCW), container vessel experience, good English, leadership and planning skills.
