Position: Steward/ess
Vessel Type: Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off)
Trading Area: Italian trade between Marina di Carrara and Cagliari
Joining Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 6–9 months
Location: Onboard vessel (Italy)

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to officers and crew.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the mess hall, galley, and accommodation areas.

Support the Chief Cook in food storage, inventory, and galley duties.

Provide housekeeping services in crew and officers’ accommodations.

Ensure compliance with onboard safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience as Messman on Ro-Ro or similar vessel preferred.

Valid STCW certificates (Basic Safety Training, Security Awareness, etc.).

Medical Fitness Certificate (MLC compliant).

Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.

Ready and willing to join immediately.
