Requirements:
English: Upper-Intermediate level
Experience: Previous service as Master on Oil Tankers with DWT of at least 70,000
Offer:
Base Salary: USD 11,860
Loyalty/Continuity Bonus:
3rd & 4th contract: +USD 500
5th & 6th contract: +USD 1,000
7th & 8th contract: +USD 1,500
From 9th contract onward: +USD 2,000
Performance Bonus: Up to USD 1,000 per month, depending on results
