Job Description:
As an Offshore Hotel Manager on our OSV, you will play a pivotal role in the Hotel Department, overseeing the hotel operations onboard. This role is both challenging and rewarding, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while experiencing life at sea.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations and manage hotel staff onboard.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure the profitability of hotel operations.
- Maintain strict compliance with all safety and sanitation policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the vessel.
- Lead staff training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel management or a similar role (e.g., reception supervisor) on board fo the sea-going vessel.
- Required STCW certificates
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
- Knowledge of the marine industry is required.
- Willingness to work onboard for 4-week periods.
