Salary calculation:
10 750 USD Entry + 500 USD RJB + Continuity Bonus
Continuity Bonus:
3rd & 4th contract : USD 500 bonus
5th & 6th contract : USD 1000 bonus
7th & 8th contract : USD 1500 bonus
8th contr onwards : USD 2000 bonus
