Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: Competitive, according to experience and vessel type.

Seniority Bonus (calculated for consecutive sea service in rank):

2 years in rank – +100 USD/month

3 years in rank – +300 USD/month

4+ years in rank – +500 USD/month

Performance Bonus: Up to 750 USD/month
(Awarded based on work performance; the final amount is confirmed at the end of the contract.)

Responsibilities

As Chief Engineer, you will maintain regular contact with TSI and oversee all technical and operational aspects of the vessel, including:

Ensuring the technical condition and maintenance of the ship.

Planning and organizing supplies, repairs, and maintenance works.

Monitoring compliance with schedules and deadlines.

Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.

Managing cost control and maintaining proper technical reporting.

Ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards on board.

Requirements

Chief Engineer license, valid STCW documents.

Experience on container vessels preferred.

Minimum 2 contracts in rank (4+ years preferred).

Good command of English.

Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
