Famous German shipowner offers a CADESHIP PROGRMA for a Deck Cadet
Cadetship will provide a unique opportunity for young cadet to gain employment in the maritime industry. The Cadetship has the potential to create future leaders deck officers, engineer officers and electrical officers given them opportunity to go onboard our cargo vessel to experience variety of experiences offered during the Cadet’s journey
The company will offer 2 sea practice, and the 3rd contract will be as a Junior Officer already
During that sea board practice the company pays cadets originating from Baltic States 608 USD monthly as a cadetship which lasts 6+/-1 months, the company also pays for their additionally required professional courses (depending on the ship’s type)

***Preferable candidates from Martime academies and Universities in the Baltic States who are currently studying
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- EU citizenship
- do not have any license (officers or rating)
- ne sea experience
- have practice (training) book on hand
- age: 18+
Joining is planned at the end of April
