Thanks to the innovative electronic features that we use our pool of seafarers is constantly refreshing. 20-30 seafarers submit their CVs 24/7/365. It makes us the most dynamically growing crewing agency in the region.

Our automatical systems verify seafarers' documents, check it's validity, control seafarers' sea going experience records. This allows us to cut down the time for crew pre-selection to a minimum without sacrificing quality.

In 2007 there were only 4% of seafarers signed off due to incompetence or alcohol abuse.

SIA "Expromo Agency" is duly registered in Latvian Maritime Administration (see licence) and is eligible to employ seafarers for seagoing vessels.

Expromo Crewing Agency is a privately owned and independent company. It was established in Riga in 2003 by Dmitrii Beliakov, who represents the fourth generation of seafarers. Personnel department is supervised by Captain Vladimir Beliakov with more than 35 years of sea experience, who all together proved to be professional, customer-oriented and perpetually improving their services. That is why we used to call ourselves “salt-on-our-bloods”.

Our aim is to make our customers run their business effectively and feel safe with their educated, trained, healthy and career oriented crews.
